1. Was der Dienst tut
Unter unseren Reels auf Instagram nennen wir ein Stichwort. Kommentierst du es, schickt dir unsere Automatik eine private Nachricht. Folgst du dem Konto, bekommst du den versprochenen Inhalt (zum Beispiel einen KI-Prompt) als Textnachricht. Auf der Seite Konto verbinden können Inhaber von Instagram-Konten ihr Konto mit der App verbinden. Wie wir mit Daten umgehen, steht in den Datenschutzhinweisen.
2. Kostenlos
Der Dienst ist ein unentgeltliches Angebot. Er kostet dich nichts, und du musst nichts kaufen oder abonnieren.
3. Keine Garantie für die Prompts
Die Prompts und Texte sind Anregungen. Wir garantieren nicht, dass sie für deinen Zweck passen, fehlerfrei sind oder ein bestimmtes Ergebnis bringen. Wir garantieren auch nicht, dass der Dienst jederzeit läuft oder Nachrichten sofort zugestellt werden; Instagram und Meta können die Zustellung begrenzen oder ändern.
4. Hinweis zu Fachthemen
Berührt ein Inhalt Fachthemen, etwa Planung, Berechnung, Normen, Statik, Heizlast oder Sicherheit, ist er eine Anregung und ersetzt keine fachliche Planung und keine Beratung im Einzelfall. Prüfe KI-Ergebnisse immer selbst, bevor du sie verwendest, und lass sie bei Bedarf von einer fachkundigen Person prüfen.
5. Missbrauch
Bitte nutze den Dienst nur wie vorgesehen. Nicht erlaubt sind automatisiertes Massenkommentieren, Versuche, die Automatik oder Instagram zu stören, und das Verbinden eines Kontos, das dir nicht gehört. Bei Missbrauch können wir dich vom Dienst ausschließen und keine Nachrichten mehr senden.
6. Änderungen
Wir können den Dienst und diese Bedingungen ändern oder den Dienst einstellen. Es gilt die hier veröffentlichte Fassung. Eine Einstellung des Dienstes begründet keine Ansprüche.
7. Haftung
(1) Wir haften unbeschränkt für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit, bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Arglist, bei Übernahme einer Garantie und nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.
(2) Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung einer wesentlichen Pflicht. Wesentlich ist eine Pflicht, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Dienstes erst möglich macht und auf deren Einhaltung du regelmäßig vertrauen darfst. Beim Dienst sind das die Zusendung des angeforderten Inhalts an die Person, die ihn angefordert hat, und der Schutz der dafür verarbeiteten Daten. In diesem Fall ist die Haftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
(3) Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir im Übrigen nicht.
(4) Dass der Dienst unentgeltlich ist, berücksichtigen wir bei der Bemessung einer Haftung, soweit das Gesetz es zulässt. Gesetzliche Haftungserleichterungen für unentgeltliche Leistungen (etwa §§ 521, 599 BGB, soweit sie entsprechend anwendbar sind) bleiben unberührt.
(5) Die Absätze 1 bis 4 gelten auch für unsere gesetzlichen Vertreter und Erfüllungsgehilfen. Ansprüche nach Art. 82 DSGVO bleiben unberührt.

9. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt.
1. What the service does
Under our Reels on Instagram we name a keyword. If you comment it, our automation sends you a private message. If you follow the account, you receive the promised content (for example an AI prompt) as a text message. On the page Connect account, owners of Instagram accounts can connect their account to the app. How we handle data is described in the privacy notice.
2. Free of charge
The service is offered free of charge. It costs you nothing, and you do not have to buy or subscribe to anything.
3. No guarantee for the prompts
The prompts and texts are suggestions. We do not guarantee that they suit your purpose, are free of errors or lead to a particular result. We also do not guarantee that the service is always available or that messages are delivered immediately; Instagram and Meta may limit or change delivery.
4. Note on technical topics
Where content touches technical topics such as design, calculation, standards, structural engineering, heating load or safety, it is a suggestion and does not replace professional planning or advice in the individual case. Always check AI results yourself before using them, and have them reviewed by a qualified person where needed.
5. Misuse
Please use the service only as intended. Not allowed are automated mass commenting, attempts to disrupt the automation or Instagram, and connecting an account that does not belong to you. In case of misuse we may exclude you from the service and stop sending you messages.
6. Changes
We may change the service and these terms, or discontinue the service. The version published here applies. Discontinuing the service gives rise to no claims.
7. Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for damage from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, for fraudulent concealment, where we have given a guarantee, and under the Product Liability Act.
(2) In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation. An obligation is essential if its performance is what makes proper operation of the service possible in the first place and you can regularly rely on it. For this service these are sending the requested content to the person who requested it, and protecting the data processed for that. In this case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such a case.
(3) In cases of simple negligence we are otherwise not liable.
(4) We take into account that the service is free of charge when assessing any liability, as far as the law allows. Statutory liability privileges for services provided free of charge (for example Sections 521 and 599 of the German Civil Code, as far as they apply by analogy) remain unaffected.
(5) Paragraphs 1 to 4 also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents. Claims under Art. 82 GDPR remain unaffected.
